Return Process

  Log into your Ome account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
